Louise Tausch is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (the only one in the surrounding area), a Life Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation, a member of the State Bar College of Texas, a member of the National Society of Human Resource Managers and the local chapter, a member of the St. Thomas More Society, on the Board for Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council (president from ’24-’25 and ’25-’26) and the Advisory Board for Habitat for Humanity of Texarkana, Inc. Louise has tried over 50 trials to verdict as lead counsel. In addition to court practice, Louise has handled matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and the National Labor Relations Board. Louise's employment practice includes both management defense and employee representation.
